Expressive, refreshing fragrances of candied lemon, white peach, and orange blossom supported by beautiful acidity.
Sourced from various terroirs across the Estate, to enhance the complexity of the wine, the grapes were gently pressed ,and the clarified juice fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged on lees for 3 months, with lees stirring, after which it underwent a single fining and a light filtration, before bottling.
