It’s really easy – just choose who it’s for when you go through the checkout process, and enter their delivery address (if it’s different from yours). You can add a gift note too of course.
We’ll deliver your first selection straight after you’ve signed up. You will then get notified 3 days before your next quarterly shipment is due to be dispatched.
It’s no problem, just log into your account and ‘Swap this for a different product’.
Yes, your membership is completely flexible. If you log into your account, you can click on ‘Cancel my subscription’
Events
We do not send out physical tickets for our events. Instead, an email confirming registration will be sent to the person who has purchased the ticket(s), and this email can be used as confirmation when you arrive at the event.
Please email us at events@kiwicru.com with the name and date of the event, along with the name, telephone number and email address of the recipient. This is so we can contact them directly with the event details.
If you’d like a gift note to be sent out, please contact us at events@kiwicru.com with the name and date of the event, along with the name, telephone number and email address of the recipient, and any special message you’d like to include.
Absolutely not! Our events are designed for a range of experience and knowledge levels, which we try to make this clear on our event pages. If you’re unsure if an event is for you, simply email us at events@kiwicru.com or call us on 07908 210 953 and we will try to help. There is something for everybody!
Yes, of course, please go ahead and join our waiting lists for sold out events. People do drop out from time to time. If tickets become available, we will contact you.
If you wish to cancel a ticket that you have purchased for an event, please contact us as soon as possible at events@kiwicru.com. If you cancel your ticket at least 14 days before the date of the event a full refund will be arranged.
If you cancel your ticket later than 14 days before the date of the event, we will try to find another buyer for your ticket. If we are able to re-sell your ticket, a full refund will be arranged. If we are not able to re-sell your ticket, we will not be able to issue be a refund (but you may still attend the event, if you change your mind).
Private and Corporate Events
A private wine tasting event is a perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or birthday, or simply to entertain or spend time with friends? It’s also a very successful format for team bonding with work colleagues, or as a ‘thank-you’ to clients.
That’s partly dependent on the venue and partly dependent on the style of event, eg is it a sit-down tutored tasting, a more casual walk around, type of experience, or is it basically just a party?! There’s something which will fit every occasion, and almost any number of people, so please get in touch to find out more
Private wine tasting events can be hosted at your home, your office, our own venue, or at a location of your choice - we can recommend London venues to suit any party size or budget. We can also organise, if required, venues that include canapes or dinner cooked by top local chefs.
Every event is different, and so coming up with a cost is tricky. So much depends in the type of venue, number of guests, number of wines, whether there’s food. You get the idea! Orders and Deliveries

We distribute our wines throughout the UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scottish Borders and Central Scotland).
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted (and is usually dispatched 2-4 working days from the date we receive your order)
Our courier is Evermile, and will normally deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are currently not able to offer weekend deliveries.
No, you will receive updates from Evermile throughout your delivery, with the option to pick time slots and different days, and preferred places to leave your delivery, should you not intend to be present to sign for it when it arrives.
You can arrange this with Evermile, once they have made contact to tell you it’s on its way.
