Delivery & Returns
We distribute our wines throughout the UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scottish Borders and Central Scotland).
Delivery prices
Delivery, is charged at £10 for orders less than £100 in value, and is free for orders in excess of £100.
To order wine for national delivery, we have a minimum order requirement of £15.
Delivery charges for your order are calculated and displayed at the ‘checkout’.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order at the ‘checkout’.
Delivery times
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted (and is usually dispatched 2-4 working days from the date the order is accepted).
Although we do our very best to avoid it there are sometimes delays due to high volumes or delivery service problems that are out of our control. If we expect your order will be delayed, we will let you know as soon as we can.
Our courier is Evermile, and will normally deliver between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
You will receive updates from Evermile throughout your delivery, with the option to pick time slots and different days, and preferred places to leave your delivery, should you not intend to be present to sign for it when it arrives. You may also be asked for proof of age by the delivery driver.
Returns and refunds
Damages and issues
In the unlikely event of you receiving the wrong wine in your order we will replace your bottle as soon as possible.
If a wine delivery is deemed to be damaged or faulty by the customer, we will happily send a replacement for free including all delivery costs. If a replacement isn't available or desired, a refund or credit will be issued.
The majority of our wines are ‘screw-capped’ which means there is no chance of cork related issues with those wines.
We cannot refund a purchase because you didn't like the wine.
In some instances we may request the return of the damaged or faulty product before a refund is given so that we can make an assessment.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Should a return be necessary, we will contact you to arrange collection.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
