What Information we collect and store

If you place a subscription order with us, for the purposes of processing recurring subscription payments, we store the customer’s name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details. 

Contact forms 

When visitors send comments to us via our ‘contact us’ form, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Like any other website, Kiwi Cru uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimise the users’ experience by customising our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

Who we share your data with 

In the course of conducting a transaction with you, some of your personal information is likely to be shared with our Bank and delivery businesses. In these circumstances the partner entity is legally constrained from sharing the information with any other party other than if they are compelled to by law.

We share information with third parties who help us provide your orders and store services to you; for example DHL.  

Payments 

We accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and card payments through Shopify. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to these services, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
