From a steeply inclined biodynamic block with mineral-rich soils (30% clay, 15 - 20% active lime). Hand-picked, foot-stomped and whole-bunch pressed. Wild fermented in aged French oak, then aged 20 months on lees before 6 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
