Rapaura Springs Bull Paddock Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Rapaura Springs is a family-owned winery rooted in the heart of Marlborough, New Zealand’s most renowned wine region. The Bull Paddock Vineyard (land which was originally used for raising bulls before it was planted with Sauvignon Blanc vines) is only minutes away from the winery. The young, free-draining, alluvial soils now produce grapes with elevated aromatics and ripe flavours. The freshly harvested grapes arrived quickly at the winery, minimising skin contact prior to being gently pressed. Individual parcels were batch fermented in stainless steel, using a selection of yeast strains chosen to enhance aromatics.
