Hunters Miru Miru Rosé
Wonderfully blush pink colour. Aromas of subtle strawberry and raspberry with a touch of fresh brioche. The palate is refined with freshness and balanced acidity.
The grapes for the blend (55% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay, and 3% Pinot Meunier) were harvested in March 2019, and gently pressed. The juices underwent primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a full malolactic fermentation. The individual base wines were kept separate until blending, which occurred just before tirage. The wine underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle, following traditional Champagne methods, and was aged on its lees for an extended period before disgorging in November 2023, and then final bottling.
