Zesty citrus, tropical fruit and a salty breeze. A splash of Semillon adds body and flair. Bold, silky, and ready to party with seafood, or on its own.
Picked late March to early April. Fermented in stainless steel with a portion on skins and whole bunches. Includes a small amount of barrel-aged Semillon for texture. Aged on lees for 10 months before blending.
