Paritua Stone Paddock Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Paritua is a distinguished winery located in the heart of the Bridge Pa Triangle wine region in Hawke's Bay. Established in the early 2000s, the vineyard spans approximately 53 hectares, with plantings initiated in 2003 and 2004 by the original owners, Brianne and Gary Fisher. The name ‘Paritua’ pays homage to the Paritua Stream, which meanders gently through the vineyard, reflecting the winery's deep connection to the land and its history.

Their portfolio includes the boutique Paritua label, produced only in outstanding vintages, and the Stone Paddock selection, crafted annually. Their flagship wine, 21∙12, is a Bordeaux-style red blend that has gained critical acclaim. The winery's state-of-the-art facilities, designed in collaboration with leading New Zealand architects Crosson Clarke Carnachan, reflect a commitment to sustainability and harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Machine-harvested from estate vines in the Bridge Pa Triangle, known for its deep red gravel soils. Destemmed and crushed before fermentation in stainless steel with cultured yeasts. Aged on lees for three months with regular stirring. Cross-flow filtered before bottling.
