Hand-harvested from several estate sites planted to Bordeaux varieties. Fermented as whole berries with twice-daily pump-overs and extended maceration. Aged on gross lees in French oak for 20 months, undergoing natural malolactic fermentation. Blended and bottled to capture depth and structure.
