Not your butter-bomb Chardonnay. Think white peach, a tiny hint of citrus, and just enough oak to keep it classy. Soft, fresh, and totally moreish, it’s a crowd-pleaser, not a room-divider.

Awards/Reviews

Founded in 2001 by winemaker Jules Taylor, and co-owned with husband George, Jules Taylor Wines began as a modest venture, producing just 200 cases, but it has grown to be a celebrated winery, renowned for producing high-quality small batch wines that capture the essence of the region, and which are very clearly designed to be for everyday enjoyment.

Born in Marlborough in the year the first vines were planted, Jules has literally grown up with Sauvignon Blanc, and it’s no surprise that her Sauvignon Blanc is a true reflection of the region’s style – bright and grassy. But the rest of the range ( a Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay and luscious summertime Rosé), are consistently fine boutique wines bursting with flavour.

Owner & Winemaker

Jules Taylor is the Marlborough maestro who was crowned Winemaker of the Year in 2021, celebrated for her vibrant, expressive wines and her knack for turning her grapes into pure bottled sunshine.

Small Yet Fiesty

A small, family run operation that is serious about their craft with a fun, down to earth attitude. Their wine is for people who laugh, sing, dance, feast and celebrate. People who sit out on the back deck solving the world’s problems.

Beyond Sauvignon

Jules Taylor is far more than a Sauvignon Blanc queen - her “best kept secret” Chardonnay, uniquely textural Grüner Veltliner and bright Pinot Noir proves incredible versatility across a range of styles.
