Craggy Range Te Muna Pinot Noir 2019
Aromas of dark cherry and baked raspberry flesh, there's plenty of barrel spice with dusty vanilla and clove spice highlights
Grapes were hand-harvested from the Te Muna Road Vineyard’s upper terraces, and 100% destemmed. Fermentation took place in open-top stainless-steel tanks and French oak cuves, using a combination of selected and indigenous yeasts. The wine was aged for 10 months in French oak barriques, (21% new oak), and was fined and filtered before bottling in February 2024.
